FACILITIES

INSIDE A COLLECTION CENTRE

A collection centre is a facility responsible for receiving, verifying, weighing, sampling, sorting, and compacting collected plastic materials into bales as the final product, ensuring accurate documentation, quality screening, and full material traceability at the local level while supporting organized intake and preliminary processing to maintain supply chain integrity.

INSIDE AN AGGREGATION CENTRE

An aggregation centre is a centralised facility where collected plastic materials are received, verified, and qualitychecked before being processed into flakes as the final product. The facility operates through structured processing stations to ensure material traceability, quality control, and documented handling from intake to final delivery. It consolidates materials from multiple collection points and transforms them into market-ready recycled plastic flakes.

Station 1, raw material intake and weighing using calibrated digital scale.

Station 2, quality control and sorting by sorting lady using conveyor.

Station 3A, shredding qualityapproved raw materials using controlled safety-standard machine.

Station 3B, baling of secondary raw materials by operator.

Station 4, per-bag product quality testing by laboratory staff.

Station 5, flakes storage and delivery area with traceability code labeling on each bag.

Station 6, production documentation and traceability records managed by Site Manager.
