Prevented Ocean Plastic and Crystal Palace FC’s Palace for Life Foundation- a premier combination!
Prevented Ocean Plastic is so proud to have collaborated with Palace for Life, the charitable foundation of the Premier League’s Crystal Palace Football Club. Last December, a trio of first team players helped to host the Foundation’s third consecutive Christmas Grotto event. This saw 40 South London families visit Selhurst Park stadium to meet Santa and his elves and receive presents- including a refillable water bottle made from traceable, ethically-sourced recycled plastic- they might otherwise have not have had, as well as help towards their big seasonal shop.
The Palace for Life bottle was co-branded with the Foundation’s logo and featured a QR code allowing communication of Crystal Palace’s core values (as well as the story of POP) direct to everyone from first team stars to families trying to make better choices. The bottle is made from 100% POP recycled PCR.
These award-winning bottles and the related QR site content can be curated for any individual, brand or business.
The Palace for Life Foundation is the official charity of Crystal Palace FC which has been working with the South London community for over 25 years. They use the power of football and the Palace brand to change the lives of young people across South London, particularly the most hard-to-reach and hard-to-help. They work with over 13,000 people each year, inspiring them to find a better path and to lead a healthier life.
